Put your foot down 150
Put your foot down is a weekly linky party to share your fiber arts WIP’s and finishes, and hopefully make new friends along the way. Welcome, I invite you to stop in every Thursday and share your projects.
What’s under my foot
is a carry over from last week. Remember I shared the new Snowsicle fabric from Island Batik? It is to be used in the New York Beauty Blog Hop that begins June 6th and my day to share is June 16th. You can see swatches of the entire collection here.

I best get busy because there is not a lot done and there is a lot of unstitching involved in the block. Do you have a portable light that you use for taking quilt and block photos? If so please tell me about it in the comments below.

Your shares from last week
I love hexie flowers almost as much as I love flying geese. And Celine from Espritpatch shared hers.
Oh and you know I have to share this Flower Patch finish by Anne-Marie. Now it’s a race to see if she or I get the binding done first. You can see more at Stories From the Sewing Room.
What’s under your foot?

Hi Denise, that’s going to be an amazing quilt. I really love the shadow effects from those fabrics! Good luck with the project and may you have only a minimum of unpicking to do! Take care.
I’ve never made a NY Beauty. They are stunning! As I am sure yours will be too. 🙂
You will get yours bound first. LOL
Denise, I would love a portable light for photos! I saw several on Amazon that looked good. I purchased a halo light at Staples for the next unboxing video. I’ll let you know how that goes when I set it up! I love your NY Beauty block!
