Put your foot down is a weekly linky party to share your fiber arts WIP’s and finishes, and hopefully make new friends along the way. Welcome, I invite you to stop in every Thursday and share your projects.
What’s under my foot
The Flower Patch SAL has come to an end “yoohoo”, and if you have sewn along thank you! It has been great to see how popular this pattern was with over 200 downloads. To some that may not sound like a lot but for me it was jaw dropping. Thank you all for your support.
Parade of quilts
Gretchen’s (Gretchen’s Little Corner) scrappy finish. The extra red in the center of the quilt is really lovely. You can find Gretchen and see her other projects and a larger image here. Thank you Gretchen.
Jean D made another scrappy Flower Patch. The different background colors add interest don’t you think? Thank you Jean.
Anne-Marie (Stories from the Sewing Room) added an extra border with flying geese. Though you cannot tell by the photo above, she used a light green in the flowers and they really make the quilt pop. You can find Anne-Marie and see her other projects and a larger image here. Thank you Anne-Marie.
TJ made this scrappy Flower Patch. I love how the light blue seems to glow, so pretty. The darker red on the cardinal blocks is perfect. Thank you TJ.
TG, oh my! The red and pinks are perfect and the pop of darks… This is going to be a beautiful quilt when you are finished. Thank you TG.
…and here is mine, still waiting for binding.
