Put your foot down is a weekly linky party to share your WIP’s and finishes, and hopefully make new friends along the way.
Welcome, I invite you to stop in every Thursday and linkup your fabric arts.
Thank you for joining me last week and again this week. My sewing room was humming over the weekend and I am almost caught up.
Loki posed for his first quilt photo shoot over the weekend and did very well for an 8 week old puppy.
Dinosaur Quilt Finish
I’ve shared a few photos of the Dinosaur Quilt and it is now a quilt and waiting for it’s new owner. All of the fabrics are from the Island Batik Foundations Collection. Rice for the background, the dark blue is scraps that I had left from an old collection I purchased and the other is Cloud.
The Dinosaurs are applique and cut using the limited edition Dinosaur Die from AccuQuilt. You can find the Dinosaur Dies here.
Tree of Life is on hold for a bit, you can see it peaking out to the right with papers still attached.
Sorry, kept forgetting to post this one. Work has begun.
Island Batik also has a blog hop coming up next month and you know what that means right? They have a pre-cut giveaway each week so be on the lookout for it.
Quilting Gail shared her log cabin wreath. She is also an Island Batik Ambassador and this was her July finish.
From Karen’s Corner this festive table runner. She also offered feedback on reading material.
If you have trouble adding your link change https to http and that should do it.
