This quilt finishes at 48″x48″ as pictured, pre-quilting. It would make a wonderful medallion for a quilt. Without the border it would finish at 36″x36″. You can purchase the pattern on Craftsy
Don’t let looks be deceiving, it is not complicated at all. There is no curved piecing in this quilt. There are no Y seams for attaching the border if you follow the “putting it all together” instructions given. The quilt shown was pieced using uncut 2 1/2″ x 44″ strips. You may precut the strips for patches but yardage amounts will vary by doing so and you will have more waste. Included in the pattern: a coloring page for help choosing your colors, a labeled layout diagram for putting it all together, instructions with photos. All of the templates will be full sized depending on your printing capabilities. The entire file can be printed on letter sized printer paper, (I prefer newsprint from Office Depot) but you would need to tape the border templates only. However, if you can print on legal sized paper (8.5×14) an additional pdf is given to print the border templates full sized which means no taping.

Free patterns are just that. You may download the free patterns for your use but may not offer them as a free download or for sale. The patterns I offer are created by me from pen and paper using my own imagination or by me from public domain quilt blocks from previous generations. If you create an item from a pattern offered by me and post it online I would greatly appreciate a link back to me giving credit.
