Put your foot down #118
Put your foot down is a weekly linky party to share your fiber arts WIP’s and finishes, and hopefully make new friends along the way. Welcome, I invite you to stop in every Thursday and share your projects.

Good morning. It’s been a long week already and I really haven’t accomplished much except the release of clue #2 for the Flower Patch SAL.

I love the Cardinal blocks but they are just as pretty as a Blue Jay. So if you’re sewing along and want an all blue quilt there is that option.
Loki was neutered yesterday. It took him a whole 30 minutes to figure out how to remove the cone. A quick return to the vet to get something smaller. So far so good this morning.
Your shares from last week
Carla from Creatin in the Sticks shared here finish for the Falling for you blog hop.
Making a Lather shared her Carolina Chain top, isn’t it beautiful?

Hi Denise, those are cute cardinals, or blue jays! Have a good week!
Thank you so much, you too.
Oh how I love the cardinal!! We have them all year long in our backyard, so pretty!
Here too. We have a pair and the male picks seeds and feeds to the female, I love watching them.
Hi,
Really like your bird block…so cute. Have a great day!
Thank you. Did you grab the download?
I’ve pulled the fabrics, including red, for block 2. Hopefully I’ll get it sewed tomorrow. Today is clean up the sewing room day! Happy stitching!
You know, a single red cardinal and blue jays in an aqua shade that matches your other blues would be very pretty. My room is a mess and I doubt it will get cleaned for another month. Yikes, scary thought.
Well, isn’t Loki just so darn clever. They look cute in those cones, I think! It’s been a busy week for me, too, with no sewing at all so far. Here’s to better sewing days ahead for both of us! {{Hugs}} ~smile~ Roseanne
They are cute in their cones, lol. Poor thing tho, was pitiful watching him run around the yard searching for the right spot with the first cone. It kept dragging and stopping him. The blue one is more flexible and while he still does not like it he is tolerating it.
Oh yes, cheers to you too.
