Put your foot down #133
Put your foot down is a weekly linky party to share your fiber arts WIP’s and finishes, and hopefully make new friends along the way. Welcome, I invite you to stop in every Thursday and share your projects.
Brrr its cold, -2 to start the day yesterday and today 20 degrees. The wood stove is looking for a vacation because it has been working overtime.

Clue 10 was released yesterday, such a pretty block. I’m considering expanding my own and maybe adding an optional border for a larger quilt in the sew along. Why? Because I love this so much and want to look at it everyday on my king size bed.
AccuQuilt Camper die

Playing a little with the AccuQuilt Camper die and its embroidery file. If you have a machine that does embroidery and you have the dies you should really try it, it is so fun and relaxing to watch. My fingers would be killing me if I had to stitch this by hand.
That is pretty much it for me this week but be sure to check back on Friday and again on Monday.
Happenings
Friday is my day to share in Covering the World one Quilt a Time campaign with AccuQuilt, Moda and BabyLock. Here is a sneak peak of one Island Batik fabric in the quilt.

Monday Jan 31st the first Island Batik Blog Hop of the year begins and I will be sharing my finish using American designed by Kathy Engle for Island Batik. Here is a sneak peak.

Your shares from last week
Last week a few readers had a problem linking up so lets hope there is not a repeat of the issue today.
Celine from Espritpatch shared her first finish of the year. So sorry you were unable to link up.
Thank you very much for featuring my bag. I have been able to link up this week 🙂
You’re welcome, it is a great bag. A plugin was creating the linkup issue.
Hi Denise, your BOM is looking amazing! I really like your tie dyed camper – so cute! We’re having an extreme cold spell (the third or fourth on in January) will well below -20 to -30. Thought I would cheer you up 🙂
Thanks Andrée, -2 definitely sounds more comfy. Friday I spoke with a regular carrier of mine from Ontario and she said it was -20 and my -2 was a heatwave for you all. We are supposed to get a lot of snow this week, big flakes Tuesday and light blowing snow Wednesday which means my driveway will drift closed, lol. No one in and no one out, yippie!
Wow , that little camper is adorable! Thank you so much for your site and encouragement. Stay safe and sew on !
Thank you and you are welcome. Same to you.
Your Flower Patch SAL Quilt is looking gorgeous! I don’t blame you for wanting it bed size!
Awe thank you Sandie, I was hoping you were going to sew along again.
Thanks for the block, Denise! I will have to check out the others on Facebook. I really love the cardinals scattered about! And that camper die with the embroidery is SEW cute!
Welcome. This is going to be an amazing quilt, I love it so much. Applique has come a long way since I first started quilting.
