Put your foot down 178
Welcome to another addition of Put your foot down, thank you for joining us. In case this is your first time visiting, Put your foot down in a weekly linky party occurring every Thursday. Though fiber arts is the preferred medium, you can share other crafty projects as well, so let get inspired.
What’s under my foot
Monday I shared my finish for the first Island Batik Challenge of the year. The collection they sent me was Fruit and Veggies by Kathy Engle. You can see that post here, and view the entire hop schedule here.

I have fabric left so I decided to use it for a project in March. AccuQuilt released a Canning Jar die a few months ago and I finally have time to play with it. I wanted my jars to have varying fill levels so stitched Island Batik Rice fabric to my Fruit and Veggies fabric, then ran those through the die. If you like this collection you can currently find it a Creekside Quilts OR.

See what other ambassadors are working on for the hop.
Your shares from last week
Nanette shared her Moda fabric stash, but her post has so much more than her stash. Hop over and look at the gorgeous quilts she shared also. Chopin- A passionate quilter from Texas.

Vicki’s Crafts and Quilting shared her adorable bunny runner. No, the bunny isn’t running silly.
Thank you to everyone who linked up last week, hope you will join us this week.

The puff is so cute. I have seen them over the years and never thought I would want to try that but your bright cheery colors looks so fun! maybe someday
Thank you, it was really very interesting to make and I have a few ideas to limiting the steps needed to complete it.
Your puff quilt is just perfect and the leftovers are great for the canning jar blocks!
I think I will have enough left for another small project. The greens are glorious.
What a fun die. 🙂 Thanks for allowing all of to share with others in the link up party. Blessings!

I love the soft colors in your puff quilt! And what a cute idea to have various fill sizes on the jar quilt!
