Put your foot down #90

Welcome to Put your foot down linky party where we share our WIP’s and new finishes.

Welcome welcome welcome to another Put your foot down. I am so happy to say my March Island Batik project is complete, aka Salt and Sand finish, aka Wesley’s first quilt. Although I can’t share the entire finish until next week I think it will be okay to share a large sneak peak.

Regarding the new website and photos, I think I have found a way to continue sharing 2 of your finishes from the previous week. The only way I can do that is to go into the photo files from the cpanel every couple of months and delete to keep them from getting out of hand again. Out of over 9000 photos that were stored on the server only 700 were original photos I uploaded plus 2 each week from the linky party. The remaining thousands were resized duplicates.

Salt and Sand Blog Hop is next week hosted by Carol at Just let me Quilt.

Until the new site is ready I will continue to share the previous weeks linky collection here so be sure to scroll down for the current link up.

The rules are simple. Any current crafty project is welcome, just please link back to my page (or grab the logo above) somewhere in your post. Visit as many links as time allows. Most of all, have fun and make new friends. Be sure to scroll all the way to the bottom for weekly linkies I participate in.

If you have trouble linking up please check the post address you are entering. If it begins with https:// change it to http:// and try again.

  1. Hi Denise! I am really looking forward to seeing the quilt for Wesley come together. I love, love, LOVE those colors . . . and I know who much more vibrant they are in person. Sweet little Wesley won’t mind one bit waiting to be covered with your love. {{Hugs}} ~smile~ Roseanne

    • They are absolutely beautiful and blend so well. I finished the quilt Sunday afternoon and delivered it about an hour later 🙂
