Put your foot down #95

Welcome to Put your foot down #95, thank you for linking up last week. I’ve been diligently working on my April challenge quilt for Island Batik.  Monday I shared stalled progress, stalled because I couldn’t decide if I should add a border or not. Well…I did and it is loaded on the frame and should be finished by the end of the week. You can see the post here.

There were also these photos of my son, Wesley and his big brother Elliott. They stopped by for a visit and took a break from working on a lawnmower to sit on the old truck.

The photo behind Christina was Chitter Chatter. Remember that big box of dies I shared a few months ago? They were used to make Chitter Chatter for AccuQuilt. You can view the Facebook Live here.

It’s a free patter AccuQuilt wrote and you can download and view the dies here.

  1. Your April quilt will be beautiful, colorful and bright. Lovely. So nice to see your family. We hope to visit our family after we’ve got the vaccine soon.

Thank you. I think they have finally opened up vaccinations to everyone now. It’s a difficult decision to make since I always have allergic reactions to vaccines.

Oh yes especially now with the added border.

  2. Hi Denise, I really love that quilt…those colours – Yum! I’m looking forward to seeing it done. Take care and thanks for hosting 🙂

You’re welcome. I was able to snap a few photos today and posted the finish that I really love.
